Returns
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference after an order has been placed.
If your return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, a refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item has been inspected.
